Pre-STAAR Yoga + Mindfulness for Test-Taking

(3rd to 5th grade)

This Pre-STAAR Yoga + Mindfulness series helps students develop tools to manage stress, improve focus, and build confidence before STAAR testing. Each session includes yoga, breathing exercises, and mindfulness strategies specifically designed to support test-taking skills in a fun, age-appropriate way.
