Wednesday Yoga Club
Spring
9-Week Session
Join us for the Yoga + Mindfulness Club at Bear Creek Elementary! This engaging 75-minute class is designed for boys and girls in grades K through 5. Running from March 26 to May 21, students will explore yoga and mindfulness practices through poses, stories, games and crafts that promote relaxation, focus, and emotional well-being.
$135/student (pro-rated for late enrollments)
Dates: March 26th to May 21st
Time: 3:15 PM to 4:30 PM

Yoga and Mindfulness
for Test-Taking
Have a child who is anxious for Spring STAAR and MAP Testing?
Join Ms. Kaitlyn for a 3-week session focused on helping your 3rd-5th grader manage and reduce their test-anxiety.
Dates: Thursdays - March 27, April 3, April 17
(STAAR Test Dates are April 10 and 24)

Mother’s Day
Make space for connection, laughter, and a little bit of chaos (the good kind!) at our Mom & Me Movement class — a joyful yoga class designed for moms and their little ones to share mindful movement and meaningful moments.
