Kids & Tweens

After School Yoga & Mindfulness

Join Kaitlyn for a supportive class designed for kids and tweens. Through movement, breathwork, and mindfulness, students learn tools to manage anxiety, build confidence, and develop self-advocacy skills, all in a safe, welcoming space that encourages connection and self-growth.

Ages: 7-14

These classes are all about connection, playful yoga poses, mindful breathing, fun music, and even a few yoga games to keep kids, teens, and adults smiling.

No experience needed, just bring your crew, a mat or blanket, and enjoy fresh air + family time.

Because family time is always better when we move, laugh, and breathe together.
